Under normal use, the main parts and components of all height-adjustable desks are guaranteed for 3 years (calculated from when the product is delivered to the user), the motor quality is guaranteed for 2 years, and the electronic components are guaranteed for 2 years. It does not cover any problem caused by:
- Results caused by non-product material and process defects;
- Normal wear and tear caused by the passage of time, such as long-term direct light exposure, aging, temperature and humidity changes, etc;
- Due to the customer's failure to follow the product instructions and guidelines to misuse/abuse/negligence/improper maintenance/improper assembly/improper disassembly/improper cleaning or cleaning supplies/contact with sharp objects and other inappropriate methods or items caused by the use of the product;
- As a result of force majeure factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, etc.

Overall a good purchase in this price. Wood quality could have been better. Got a minor side of the wood broken from the box.The surface could be better laminated with paint or polish, however, in this price i guess it is what you can get the max!!!
The tabletop is spacious, and the colour and finish are spot on. It looks and feels really durable.The seller was a huge help? they guided me through the assembly process with smooth communication. The desk itself is impressively sturdy. I've got a dual monitor setup, and it works like a charm, no wobbles whether it's going up or down.And, bonus points, I'm loving the extra features this desk offers, like the wireless and USB charger.All in all, a fantastic buy! I would definitely recommend it.

I actually revised my previous review about the customer services - and admit that after being contacted by them recently - they are the most professional and empathic individuals I have ever had to speak to about a product. They dealt with the issue via video and photo exchange and I still not regret having bought this great piece of furniture. Robust, spacious and neat design. Thank you to the whole team at Kowo, and thanks Amazon for the swift delivery. For anyone looking for an adjustable desk, this is one of the best for this price range and it leaves you with no reasons to wanting something more expensive - it is very large and move smoothly, very easy to put together.
Arrived with a crack down one panel, seller shipped another out quickly for me. After putting it together and setting up all my equipment, I'm very happy with it. Great quality desk. Only thing that would make it better is a hardwood desk top rather than laminated chipboard, but for what it is, it's very good quality and you get what you pay for.
The desk is of a high standard, easy to build with the instructions, even comes with extra screws just incase you need them. Everything is well labeled for easy installation. If your looking for a great desk at a great price I recommend this product.
I ordered this desk on the 18th August and am still waiting for delivery. It has been in transit for 2 weeks now. The delivery date was supposed to be the 27th August so I am not sure what is happening.
This desk has been a life saver for working from home! Easy enough to put together and not too heavy to move around by myself. The range of height is great, it is even tall enough for my 6'6" dad to use comfortably. The motor is quiet and the desk is stable as it adjusts. The corner shape makes it so you can reach every part of the desk comfortably, and this was the biggest selling point for me.
The desktop itself is chipboard which makes it easy to mount a PDU or cable tidy on the underside. The unit I received did not have any damage or chipping to the desk surface but there is some inconsistency with the surface fully covering the chipboard at the edges.
The legs stick out further than the desk surface, so it does not sit flush against the walls. The surface is about 2.5" away from both walls in my home office.
The wireless charging works well but gets very hot during use, I've left this unplugged.
Overall, for the price this is a fantastic piece of kit!
Delighted to say that this desk is perfect for what I wanted. Delivery was made as promise and the desk was very well packaged. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. Instructions were good. These could be a little easier to follow. However before buying I had a number of questions. When I made contact the replies were very thorough and were received in less than 45 minutes.
