Delivery

  • Shipping is free within Mainland UK.
  • Shipping to Northern Ireland is an additional charge applies + VAT/order, while larger pallet orders may be subject to additional fees.
  • Shipping to UK islands (Orkney, Isle of Man, etc), Ireland, and Mainland Europe is priced upon request, depending on external courier charges.

Please select the correct delivery type, or we cannot process the order. For other destinations, please contact us directly for a quote.

Please note that if you cannot receive your delivery on the agreed date, you can use the provided tracking number to contact the courier for re-delivery. Note that a re-delivery charge may be applied in case of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.

For customers from European Union (EU) countries purchasing our products, please note that you may be required to pay import taxes or duties, depending on the laws and regulations in your respective EU country. As a UK-based seller, we cannot control or assume these charges. Therefore, we recommend that you consult your local government authorities or customs office before making a purchase to ensure compliance with the applicable regulations.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please email us at info@kowo.co.uk or call us at +44 (0) 20 8187 1190 (9 am-4:30 pm GMT) within 1 hour of placing the order and before 12 pm.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped on the same business day. Please ensure you contact us before 12 p.m. (GMT time) if you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped.
  • There are no cancellation fees for standard items as long as they are cancelled before they are shipped. 
  • Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the delivery. In such cases, the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us.
