Under normal use, the main parts and components of all height-adjustable desks are guaranteed for 3 years (calculated from when the product is delivered to the user), the motor quality is guaranteed for 2 years, and the electronic components are guaranteed for 2 years. It does not cover any problem caused by:
- Results caused by non-product material and process defects;
- Normal wear and tear caused by the passage of time, such as long-term direct light exposure, aging, temperature and humidity changes, etc;
- Due to the customer's failure to follow the product instructions and guidelines to misuse/abuse/negligence/improper maintenance/improper assembly/improper disassembly/improper cleaning or cleaning supplies/contact with sharp objects and other inappropriate methods or items caused by the use of the product;
- As a result of force majeure factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, etc.

I bought this desk to allow me to switch between sitting and standing as I have a bad back. The desk was very easy to assemble, with pre drilled holes, labelled parts and clear instructions. I took my time trying to find the right desk at the right price and this works perfectly. It looks great, it鈥檚 robust, with a one piece table top rather than the sliced versions on some other desks. The electric mechanism is quiet and has the option to lock-in the height so you don鈥檛 accidentally press it (as I did during a Teams call!) Highly recommended
