Warranty Infomation

Under normal use, the main parts and components of all height-adjustable desks are guaranteed for 3 years, whereas standard desks are guaranteed for 1 year (calculated from when the product is delivered to the user), the motor quality is guaranteed for 2 years, and the electronic components are guaranteed for 2 years. It does not cover any problem caused by:

  • Results caused by non-product material and process defects;
  • Normal wear and tear caused by the passage of time, such as long-term direct light exposure, ageing, temperature and humidity changes, etc;
  • Due to the customer's failure to follow the product instructions and guidelines to misuse/abuse/negligence/improper maintenance/improper assembly/improper disassembly/improper cleaning or cleaning supplies/contact with sharp objects and other inappropriate methods or items caused by the use of the product;
  • As a result of force majeure factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, etc.


  • Shipping is free within Mainland UK.
  • Shipping to Northern Ireland is an additional £50 + VAT/order, while larger pallet orders may be subject to additional fees.
  • Shipping to UK islands (Orkney, Isle of Man, etc), Ireland, and Mainland Europe is priced upon request, depending on external courier charges.

Please note that if you cannot receive your delivery on the agreed date, you can use the provided tracking number to contact the courier for re-delivery. Note that a re-delivery charge may be applied in case of multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will replace it or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Return Policy

  • All goods must be examined on delivery, and any fault or missing item(s) must be noted in full on the accompanying paperwork. Failure to comply with the above will result in the rejection of all claims for damage, fault or missing items.
  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days and receive a full refund on your order.
  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you intend to return a purchase. Authorisation is required before the return of any item. 
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please email us at or call us at +44 20 8187 1190 (9 am-4:30 pm GMT) within 1 hour of placing the order and before 12 pm.

  • Most orders are processed and shipped on the same business day. Please ensure you contact us before 12 p.m. (local time) if you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped.
  • There are no cancellation fees for standard items as long as they are cancelled before they are shipped. 
  • Once an item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the delivery. In such cases, the customer is responsible for returning the goods to us.
