In normal usage, our product is backed by a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty. It does not cover any problem caused by:
- Results caused by non-product material and process defects;
- Normal wear and tear caused by the passage of time, such as long-term direct light exposure, ageing, temperature and humidity changes, etc.;
- Due to the customer's failure to follow the product instructions and guidelines to misuse/abuse/negligence/improper maintenance/improper assembly/improper disassembly/improper cleaning or cleaning supplies/contact with sharp objects and other inappropriate methods or items caused by the use of the product;
- As a result of force majeure factors, such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, etc.

Do I have to drill screw holes into the tabletop when attaching shelf and drawer to the tabletop?
You do not have to do that. Our tabletop has pre-drilled holes, so you can simply insert the screws without any hassle.
